The Challenge

The State of Florida’s goal was to open the Café prior to the start of the Legislative Session.  The State’s selection of a vendor for the Café had been delayed which meant that the project had to be fast-tracked in order to have the space completed in one month.

The Idea

Oliver Renovation completed pricing for the job in one week, mobilized three days later and completed the 2,500SF renovation in three weeks.
