The Challenge

The owner wanted to upgrade finishes in the aging church and make the facility more energy efficient.

The Idea

Oliver Renovation provided design and construction for the following work in 55,000-square-foot facility: complete renovation of nine restrooms; upgraded finishes and lighting in sanctuary; handicap access to the choir loft; improved site drainage; complete window replacement; copper roof repair; complete HVAC replacement; 25 KW photovoltaic solar array.
