The Challenge

The owner, based in Spain, was on an aggressive expansion plan in the United States to create plasma centers. Tallahassee is the company’s 80th location.

The Idea

Their standard program had to be designed, permitted and constructed to fit in the 10,000-square-foot space. Design and construction had to be completed within 120 days to meet the owner’s timeframe.
