The Challenge

A long-established law firm was moving to a new location where the interiors dated back to the original construction, over 20 years previous.  They wanted the space upgraded, but needed help developing a plan and budgeting for the renovation.

The Idea

We worked with the owner’s interior designer to provide multiple options and costs.  The scope of work included new floor covering, wall finishes, ceiling tiles, lights, doors and mill work throughout the 30,000 SF building.  The finished product was a completely renovated interior for the entire building.
